Ben bryan

With over 15 years of experience and a military background that instilled a deep sense of discipline and precision, Ben brings high-level operational leadership to Bryan Parkinson Construction. Having directly managed over $40 million across residential and commercial projects, he knows exactly what it takes to execute complex builds on time and to the highest standards.

Ben's journey in construction started at age 19, but his expertise extends far beyond the job site. His prior executive roles—including VP of Administration in the renewable energy sector and Operations Manager for a major tour management company—honed his elite skills in logistics, complex scheduling, and customer service. For Ben, our promise to Own the Outcome is a literal approach to business: he meticulously manages the resources, workflows, and planning so that clients never have to stress over the details.

He is known for his purpose-driven leadership style, bringing tenacity and a relentless drive for innovation to every project. He doesn't just manage teams; he empowers them to solve problems, maintain strict quality control, and deliver a better building experience.

A Gallatin native, Ben is deeply rooted in the Middle Tennessee community. He lives in his hometown with his wife, Leah, and their four children. His commitment to his family and his local community perfectly mirrors his professional dedication—he is a leader who truly understands the value of building strong, lasting foundations.

jake parkinson

Jake has directly managed over $100 million in construction projects across the residential, commercial, and government sectors. He brings a rigorous, highly disciplined approach to the team, ensuring that every project honors our core promise to Build It Right.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Southern Mississippi, Jake’s background includes overseeing massive, multi-million-dollar federal facilities and complex hospital remodels. He is fluent in modern construction technologies like Building Information Modeling (BIM) and AutoCAD, and holds elite, government-grade safety and quality certifications, including OSHA 30 and USACE CQM.

But what truly sets Jake apart is his character and how he applies that high-level, commercial precision to your specific project while keeping the experience strictly People First. He is a leader of the highest integrity who believes in doing the right thing, even when no one is looking. Whether he is managing the complex logistics of a commercial build-out or walking a family through their custom home renovation, Jake is approachable, completely transparent, and relentlessly focused on the details. He is the boots-on-the-ground expert making sure your build stays on time, on budget, and entirely stress-free.

Beyond the job site, Jake is an incredible friend and a devoted family man. He is deeply rooted in his local community, where he lives with his wife and their four beautiful daughters. His commitment to his family and his neighbors directly shapes the way he does business—treating every client, subcontractor, and partner with the exact same respect, care, and honesty that he expects for his own family.
